We always have good service. The people are nice. You do have to wait a little while for your turn but that is as expected. Clean store but wish it was in a better location. The parking lot is awful, as is most patking lots out that way

Multiple people on multiple occasions said certain things would be taken care of...that has yet to happen. And now our credit is taking a hit. I'm thinking they just lie to get people's business and then never follow through. Then they have the nerve to blame the customer when THEY were the ones telling us that Sprint would cover costs. They've been rude and downright horrible.
Absolutely zero help! Sarcastic and rude. Hopefully they don't work off commission.
I don't know where the customer service etiquette has went with this store.it used to be very good, lately it's just gone downhill. Only reason I'm giving it a two star, they've never messed up my billing or anything of the sort. However, their customer service really drives me up the wall insane. Most of the employees are either Know it all jerks, or just completely unknowledgeable about the phones. either way, All they care about is the sale, and meeting their quota for the day. If you need help with setting up the device, or just figuring out your bill, they will tell you to call corporate. They are unhelpful, and some of the most rude employees I've ever seen in the Wireless industry. I've never had any issues with corporate, they're always nice, and caring for me. I just wish the local sprint stores would UNDERSTAND what customer service TRULY is.
